this is the 1st year I have used your full line of products. I sent in my rebate and proof of purchase on time and have still not received my rebate! disappointing!! please email me ASAP!!!

Hi Emrol - Thank you for your inquiry into your gift coupon. After reviewing our records we see that you did not include the necessary UPC codes off of the product bags with your coupon information.
