I like to grow herbs for cooking. Mostly tarragon, basil, mint, lemongrass, thyme
and a few other. What is the best fertilizer to use for herbs. I'd prefer to use an organic fertilizer since I am eating the herbs.

I'd recommend a slow release completely organic fertilizer like our 8-3-1. The product is called ORGANIC LAWN FERTILIZER and it contains great complex food sources such as Kelp Meal, Blood & Bone Meals, Wheat Shorts, Feather Meal and humic acid from humates. This fertilizer will be slowly released to your perennials by steadily increasing soil temperatures.
