Getting rid of clover starts with a healthy lawn. Clover will grow in areas of low nitrogen and where competition from other plants is small, so making sure that your lawn is well-fertilized will help.
Steps to remove clover:
- If it is only in one area, you may want to try a selective spray labeled for clover.
- If it is all over your lawn, apply Lawn Weed Control. Do not apply if temperatures are over 85° as lawn burn could occur.
*Clover is very hard to kill and may require more than one treatment.
