Wild violet thrives in acidic soil or calcium deficient soil. We recommend testing your soil pH and applying Mag-I-Cal® Plus for Lawns in Acidic & Hard Soil. Veri-Green Weed & Feed Lawn Fertilizer will control some of this infestation. Wild violet is very prolific and will require repeated treatments with a selective spray due to its tough, waxy leaves.
